Key Features
I have Ozmo helmets for my 5.5 year old and 2.5 year old. They are amazing and I wouldn’t let my kids wear anything else.
The helmet runs big. I picked a sized based on my kid's head circumference, but it doesn't have a tight fit yet. I think we've only used used twice for this reason (using a different helmet until this one fits correctly), but it already has scratches on the white paint. I do love the easy buckle, very convenient.

We're sorry to hear the fit hasn't been quite right yet. Head circumference is the best starting point for sizing, but sometimes a few simple adjustments or a different size can make all the difference. We wish we'd had the opportunity to help before you set the helmet aside.

I measured accordingly but the helmet shell fits really large, there is a large gap between the shell and inside straps. It would not work in the toddler bike seats which is what I purchased it for. I tried to exchange however the shipping is not included, you have to pay to ship back then wait for it to be assessed before they will exchange or refund. Check shipping prices prior to purchasing. For me it wasn’t worth it. I now have an unusable helmet laying around.
We're sorry to hear the helmet didn't work out for your little one. Before approving the return, we did try suggesting a few fit adjustments to see if we could make the XS work, but unfortunately it sounds like it still wasn't the right fit.
Because we don't currently offer direct exchanges, our process is to return the original helmet and place a new order for the correct size. We understand that return shipping can be frustrating, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue evaluating ways to improve the experience.

Our kiddo loves this helmet and so many compliments from other kids and parents too. The clasp is easy enough for her to do it herself but secure that it doesn't pop open unexpectedly either.

I bike everywhere in my e-cargo bike with three kids and they absolutely love their helmets. I love that their heads are more protected because of the higher level of certification these helmets have. Bonus that the kids got to pick a fun design.
